The company "Novalis Vita" aims at immediate customer service and satisfaction by cultivating its trust and demonstrating responsibility and consistency in its business course.
These terms are fully compatible with applicable European and Greek law, while users recognize the right of the company to change provisions of these terms, insofar as they do not relate to its legally binding obligations and without affecting completed situations.
The user of the website acknowledges that he has read these terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with the following terms:
PRODUCT ORDER AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop is a conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended.
You have the possibility of concluding a valid order through the e-shop, if you are legally competent in compliance with the articles of the Greek Civil Code (unless you have reached the age of eighteen and you are not in legal aid regarding the conclusion of a sales contract). Orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders that will be made by legally incompetent persons.
ORDER PROCEDURE THROUGH E-SHOP
For the realization of the order through the e shop the customer proceeds:
1. filling in a special form with the necessary information for concluding the contract of sale and

The deliveries of the products are made in Greece through a transport company within 1-3 working days.
Payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank deposit, Cash (collection from the store).

You have the right to return part or all of your order without having to tell us the reason why you want the products returned, within 5 days from the date you receive it. In this case, only the direct cost of returning the products is borne by you. However, if the reason for your return concerns a mistake of the company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to send to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org a message, which should indicate the description of the purchased product that you wish to return and the date of purchase. You must send the product in its entirety, in the condition in which you received it and unless the special markings on the product have been removed. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company and if the product is accompanied by the retail receipt.
Your refund will be completed within 8 days from the date we receive the products (depending on how the order was paid and how the product is returned). In case the reason for return concerns a mistake of the company, Novalis Vita undertakes to send a courier again to the address you have assigned to us for the receipt of the order at its own expense. Conversely, if the consumer wishes to return his order without the fault of the company then the shipping costs are borne by the consumer himself. From the moment the product will be returned by courier, Novalis Vita receives it within 2-3 working days for returns within Greece. The delivery times of the products you return to us are valid only if the returns are made by the above mentioned courier companies. Within 5 days of receiving the product from Novalis Vita and after processing your request, we will send you an e-mail on how to process it.
Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish, under these circumstances, the completion of your order. Novalis Vita bears no responsibility for any situation beyond its own fault and will do everything humanly possible for your best service.
Modification of the present terms: www.novalisvita.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the terms and conditions of transactions. The company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition to the terms.
